Promotional Team Plan
What
Is The Promotional Team?
The
Promotional Team is a team of experts in the field of advertising,
marketing, sales and SEO marketing. This group's sole responsibility
is the promotion and advertising of the Resource Based Economy
Foundation and later, it's sponsors.
What
Will It Be Doing?
The
Promotional Team will be promoting and advertising the Resource Based
Economy Foundation through the use of press releases, radio
broadcasting, television, talk points and in the case of meeting with
organizations, powerpoints. This group will also be in charge of
creating powerpoint presentations and getting in contact with local,
national and international media outlets. The Promotional Team will
be doing the following primarily:
The
Organizational Markup
1.
Identify and populate known organizations that are in partnership
with our mission statement and goals (ex. Zeitgeist Council).
2.
Develop media tools for local and state coordinators use. As with all
promotional materials listed in the resource section, will be
approved by the Engine Unit and/or the Group Coordinators (of I &
P and Global Cooperation Group ).
A. Broadcast media tools.
(ex. press releases, talk points, photos, and lists of state, local
contact persons)
B. Presentations: develop
brochures, power points, media (in collaboration with the Media Team)
C. Internet Marketing:
develop banners, and groups, and other marketing materials so lcoal,
state, and national members can use to promote the RBEF site and
Zeitgeist. These resources will be available in the Promotional
Materials section, upon the collection of such resources.
D. Develop national
speakers list who will be available for local chapters, state
coordinators, to call upon for special events and seminars. These
national speakers will also attend events and seminars held by other
organizations affiliated and/or sponsored by RBEF.
E. Develop plans for
regional and national media conferences for members to attend and
gain up to date information, plans, goals, and directives.
F. Finally, develop and
plan for marketing initiatives that can be sold or utilized for
promotional purposes for RBEF and The Zeitgeist Movement.
Note:
In section 2D and 2E, Global
Cooperation Group will be directly involved in this area as it
requires the cooperation and resources from the affiliated and
sponsored organizations, which such information will be channeled
through GCG. Business Sector
and its Financial System may eventually be needed to account for any
money that would possibly be used during the advertisement, trips to
seminars and the materials needed for advertisement and marketing.
